3. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Extra bed is RM 35.00 nett per bed per night and subject to availability.

5. Confirmation of apartments are subject to availability.

6. Payment must be received in advance to guarantee reservation.

7. A payment of RM 100.00 per apartment is required as security deposit

upon check-in and is refundable upon check out.
